HOLE 4
The Fourth hole is the first par three on the course. A ball hit to the right of the green will be severely punished . . . either by four greenside bunkers, or by a steep valley which falls away to the fifth hole. A ball hit to the left will at least be channelled towards the green by the surrounding hillside. The green slopes upwards to the pin
. . . so an underhit shot will leave a firm putt. Otherwise you face a really challenging chip from the rough which lies behind the green.
